main access to the villa in a separate area of the main facilities in a private area.

CABAÑA ROOM B Two Twin bed, ensuite private bath with shower, TV + apple TV, rooms located on the
main access to the villa in a separate area of the main facilities in a private area.

IMPORTANT:

• Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am, any modification in the hour may incur in extra charges
• 10% Resort Fee Apply
• A 20% shopping fee will be added to all purchases (food, drinks and other items requested)
  from the total amount spent.
• For payments using a Credit Card a 4% fee is added
• Please ask for early in, and late check out
• We require a Security Deposit of US$7,500, to be covered 60 or 90 days prior arrival date via wire transfer. 
• Food & Incidentals deposit of US$1,000 per night 30 days prior to arrival date.
