The villa’s dramatic middle level features an infinity pool and patio with sun lounges, umbrellas, and access to the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The pergola outdoor living area overlooks the pool and is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book or enjoy your favorite beverage as you look out over the vast ocean view. You can also enjoy the new hot tub.
This middle level features two suites, including the pool level master with a sumptuous king bed, luxury linens, a marble-tiled bath with a large shower, double sinks, and dressing area. The large patio doors open to the poolside outdoor living room with vast ocean views. The second suite features one full-size bed and a king bed, making it a great room to share for three people. There is a spacious ensuite bath with elegant tile and a large shower.
The top floor features a lovely sundeck for early morning sunning and spectacular sunsets, and just a few steps down, you’ll enter the first floor, which offers three ensuite bedrooms.
The super master suite is the villa’s largest and most elegant suite, featuring a plush king bed with luxury linens, an ocean view office area, large private balcony, a huge ocean front dressing room with warm wood closets and accents, and an expansive ocean view double tub and shower with an amazing panorama of the bay.
The second large master suite awaits with a king bed featuring luxury linens and a bright white decor. This suite offers a large bath with oversized shower and double vanities. Double French doors open to a private balcony with expansive ocean views. The lovely garden view suite offers one full-size bed and a king, a private bath with shower, and a spacious seating area with a built-in desk.
The ocean level floor is like a private oasis for TV viewing, fishing from the ocean level patio, lounging at the waterfront, or just a quiet and private personal space. This level features a full kitchen with breakfast bar dining area, private garden, ocean-level lounges, TV, and comfortable oversized couch and chairs for relaxing. Additionally, on this level, you will find our last suite, the Beach Club. Your private sandy swimmable beach is just steps away (less than a minute walk) from your front door.
The Beach Club is a gorgeous oceanfront space that features a private beach, 180° ocean views, two amazing infinity pools, and an open-air deck with a restaurant/cafe. The staff at Sierra Del Mar make you feel as if you are the only person there. Free kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use, and the fully appointed gym is open to our guests after 10
