RESTRICTIONS<\/h3>
No extra guest allowed besides the ones registered in the initial reservation. There are strict policies regarding entertaining unregistered guests at the villa or having an event. The Guest must request permission in advance in writing from the Agent, Host or Owner to host any unregistered outside guests. An event fee may apply, usually equivalent to one nights rental fee, plus an additional Security Deposit, if this policy is not adhered to and casual visitors arrive, staff and\/or security has authority to deny entry and those staying at the villa may be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund or compensation.<\/li>\n\n
Guests occupying the vacation property will be responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests to the property or its assets during their stay in that property. Guests shall not remove any items from the property.<\/li>\n\n
No pets will be allowed in the rental property without written permission prior to arrival.<\/li>\n\n
Bachelor Party type groups and Student Spring Break groups (with the majority of the group under 25 years of age) are not allowed, please inquiry first.<\/li>\n\n
Unlawful activities (Drug use, Prostitution) are strictly prohibited as well boisterous, rowdy or lewd behavior will not be tolerated. In the case a guest does not respect this policy guest may be evicted immediately, without refund or compensation for any used portion of the reservation and the Security Deposit forfeited.<\/li>\n\n
Noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be enforced. All noise and\/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. Special atten-tion to noise levels is required between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Please check with us for further details.<\/li>\n\n
No live music allowed at all, specialy banda music, mariachi can be considered upon request and with previous authorization<\/li>\n\n
All guest must decide in the same combination for food, (breakfast & lunch, lunch & dinner or breakfast & dinner), all meals are served family styles, certain exceptions can de made for those with food allergies, intolerance or children, cost for food and beverages are not included in the prices, and a small extra fee for grocery shopping will apply.<\/li>\n\n
Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit are one of the most popular destinations in Mexico, therefore, it\u2019s under constantly growing so as a result it is very common that may experience some noise during your stay in the city or property includ-ing but not limited to the interruption of services.<\/li>\n\n
Checkin 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am, any modification in the hours, may incur in extra charges, please ask for early checkin in, and late check out.<\/li>\n\n
Changes in inventory, items and d\u00e9cor may occur from time to time and such changes will not void the terms of the rental.<\/li>\n\n
Tipping of the villa\/household employees is not mandatory but customary in Mexico. The amount of tips would depend on your length of stay, the service, the number of guests, special service and so forth. We receive many wonderful comments about the service at our villas. We are, frequently asked how much to tip and have established a guideline that may be of help to you. An amount of $20.00 to $25.00 per guest\/per day seems to be the average gratuity. Or, if you prefer, up to 12-15% of your total accommodation expenses as a total to the villa staff is also customary divided among the staff.<\/li>\n\n
The violation of any of the rules could be ended in a eviction with no refund and incurred in extra charges.<\/li>\n\n

SECURITY DEPOSIT: <\/h3>
Is required with final payment or in Cash upon arrival (Please ask the amount as it varies depending on the property rented. ). If no damages or missing items were incurred, a full refund of the security deposit will be made no later than 3-5 days after departure date. In the case of damages or loss incurred to the property, its furniture and furnishings, art works, electronic equipment etc. such damages will be discussed with guests during their stay when possible, and a cost estimate for repair or replacement will be provided in writing. Cost for damage will be limited to repairs or replacement value of the\u00a0items\u00a0damaged.<\/p>
RESPONSIBILITY: <\/h3>
Neither The Agency, The Agent, The Property Owner, any of their employees or representatives shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness (including but not limited to Covid 19), theft or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the vacation property represented by The Agency or The Agent. The rights if any, of a person occupying said rental properties to seek recourse of any kind against The Agency, The Agent, The Property Owner, any of their employees or representatives to any person or their property shall be governed by the laws of State of Mexico, and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. The Agency, The Agent, The Property Owner, any of their employees or representatives shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guests occupying the property caused by neighbors or the surrounding area, including but not limited to any disturbance from construction, events or music.<\/p>
GENERAL SAFETY AND CHILDREN: <\/h3>
The Guests acknowledge that the property is a private villa there is no lifeguard on duty, the staff at the property are not responsible for the safety or watching over any Children or adults. staff are not CPR certified. Guests must use caution on the property around the pool and\/or jacuzzi areas, on balconies, terraces and rooftops, especially when consuming alcohol. Guests agree not to leave children unattended, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, especially near the pool, jacuzzi or at nearby beach. Guests agree to respect all usual safety rules for pools, no running, diving or pushing. No glass or breakable items will be used near the pool. Guests agree to use caution and not lean or hang over railings on balconies, terraces or rooftops. Mexican law does not require a fence or safety net around pools. Traveler\u2019s Insurance is recommended.<\/p>
TRAVEL TIPS <\/h3>
A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Guests are responsible for obtain-ing proper documents for travel. Children: Traveling with children out of the U.S. requires a notarized affidavit if only one of the parents will accompany the child\/children.<\/p>
The laws of the State of Jalisco, Mexico shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event Guest seeks a recourse against the Agent, The Property Owner, any of their, employees, representatives or entity for any injury to a person or property of a person occurred within the Premises, the only applicable venue to solve any such issue or action shall be the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.<\/p>
