Casa Salinas II

Casa Salinas II is a luxurious, newly-built beachfront villa located on a private white sandy beach in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta. The villa features contemporary architecture with clean lines, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and fine finishes like granite bars. The elegant interior design includes original art objects and imported furniture from Indonesia, creating a modern ambiance that contrasts beautifully with the natural surroundings.

The villa is available for rent with four to six bedrooms, each with a private en-suite, and individually controlled air-conditioning, Satellite TV, and an individual music system. The spacious air-conditioned suite has procured art and décor and offers a mesmerizing view of the Pacific Ocean. An elevator transports guests to their suite or the communal living area, which has high ceilings and a view of the entire Bay of Banderas. The ocean view kitchen features professional equipment, and the villa also has a semi-private virgin sandy beach framed by rocks on either end, providing guests with privacy.

Casa Salinas II is ideal for active living and entertaining, and guests can enjoy the ambience and privacy of this beautiful villa with all the creature comforts they could want. The villa also has a heated infinity pool that offers wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and a private beach with a Palapa and BBQ ideal for afternoon and evening entertaining.

The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests, with five king beds and two singles. The staff includes a houseman, maid, and cook six days a week, who provide warm Mexican hospitality and cater to all guests’ needs while maintaining their privacy. The villa is impeccably managed and maintained, and the English-speaking manager oversees the staff of four. Guests can also enjoy chef’s gourmet cuisine, and the maids can do their personal laundry upon request. For those special celebrations, the manager can arrange birthday cakes, flowers, Mariachi, manicures/pedicures, massages, and more.

Casa Salinas II is located two miles south of town and is wheelchair accessible. Guests can swim, snorkel, and play on the private sandy beach, and Juan, the captain, can arrange a fishing trip, scuba diving, water skiing, or jet skiing. Golf, tennis, and family fun activities are within a short drive, and there is a new on-site gym, DSL Internet access, satellite TV, purified water, and air conditioning throughout.

For larger groups, Casa Salinas II can be rented together with its sister property, Casa Salinas I, for a total of fifteen guest bedrooms, accommodating up to thirty guests occupying both villas, making it ideal for wedding celebrations and family gatherings. Casa Salinas I features a total of nine bedroom suites, each with a private en-suite.
