Charly, Jose and Lupita went above and beyond during our stay. Charly manages all the meals during the stay, Jose assists with house and drinks, and Maria does housekeeping- all provided excellent service!
I do want to say that my “off one star” was towards the host. The communication pre our arrival was excessive and confusing. Upon our arrival I made a request for birthday decor and cake— for the 5 balloons and garland I was charged $70 dollars and the cake was a no show on the requested day and host brought it the following day and charged $80 dollars. We also had some issues with charges on our credit card— would have appreciated clearer communication on the charges that were being made by the host. Additionally, the host would just show up unannounced until I asked her to please refrain from showing up and any follow ups would be appreciated via text. Overall, the host definitely needs to work on communication, attention to detail, and transparency on expenses being made.

We had a great experience during our stay in Puerto Vallarta at this property. The concierge Monse was very attentive to our needs, Charlie, Jose and Lupita took very good care of us during our stay. House was very well kept, Charlie is a wonder chef, Jose a great groundskeeper and Lupita very attentive to cleaning and maintaining the house daily. Thank you!
