This oceanfront retreat is nestled in the tropical jungles of Banderas Bay’s desirable south shore. Relax on the patio with your family or friends, enjoying the pool, spa, and outdoor bar. For a closer look at the Pacific waters, embark on a short walk across a swinging bridge to the ocean terrace. Indulge in kayaking, swimming, or snorkeling, and witness year-round bird watching or winter whale watching. After a day of outdoor fun, retire to one of the estate’s eight bedrooms, each offering unobstructed ocean views.

Privacy is paramount at Villa Padre. Originally built as a private residence, the main home and two additional residence buildings now host luxury vacation rentals exclusively for select groups.
