The house is beautiful, better than the pictures in the listing. Stunning views from both large public patios and the pool, and from private terraces/balconies in the bedroom suites. The staff is wonderful, including the very talented chef Gabriel and Abel, the sweet and attentive man always there to help in whatever way we needed. The staff kept the entire house impeccably clean. It is a very safe home. Uber was readily available to take us up and down the mountain, and it is a long steep drive, for between 70 and 100 pesos, very affordable. We were 12 persons, and everyone had all the privacy they wanted. A perfect luxurious friendly delicious home for a group up to 16.
Our extended family of eleven convened at the house the week before Christmas. From the moment the door opens, the view of the pool and Bay of Banderas is breathtaking. While you sacrifice close access to the beach for the view, it is totally worth it. The house is gorgeous and provides privacy for even a large group.
The staff at the house are incredibly friendly and helpful; my children missed them when we departed. Abel was always available with an understated charm and Gabriel’s cooking rivaled most meals we had at restaurants.
It would be great to have an electronic mechanism to pay for groceries for meals and to tip; it was always a struggle to find ATMs that were functional in the Zona Romantica. This was the only downside.
The house was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and personable. The chef Gabriel is very talented.
