The condo is not as pristine as it appears in pics. Looks run down. All rugs were filthy and the living room furniture is in terrible shape! All bedding and pillows were very cheap and low quality. Our biggest complaint is that on our day, the lock on 1 of 2 security gates broke. We were locked out and left to our own devices to gain access to the condo! Communication from the property owner is deplorable! Stay elsewhere.
This place was a joy to come back every day after exploring the city . The view from tarase was spectacular and watching New Years fireworks over Bandera Bay from the tarase of the condo was a highlight of our trip . We ate all our meals there .
The condo was VERY well equipped with everything you need . There was plenty of towels , toalet paper , dishes and kitchen essentials . There was warm water for showering and I mention this because in previous condo where we stayed it was almost impossible to have a shower since the water was either hot or cold , but never warm .
Owner was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with over the web. Managing company he uses was very gracious to let us extend the check out time .
It had to be said that condo is located in the higher elevation which allows for those spectacular views , but on the way back home sometimes you just have to take UBer , which is very inexpensive .Overall it was a perfect spot. Thank you !
We were robbed while asleep at 6:39 in the morning and when we were talking to the neighbors they told us others had been robbed recently as well. They said they wouldn’t be able to bring us new keys that were also stolen to 5 or 6 pm so we couldn’t even leave. They didn’t try to find us other accommodations so we left. We were told we would be refunded at least that 1 night but that didn’t happen.
