For over a decade Rosa has been the heart and soul of Casa Aventura. Pleasing guests with a wide range of amazing traditional Mexican dishes and Contemporary cuisine, Rosa has an enviable reputation for pleasing even the most discerning palates.
Favorite dish – Anything with fresh fruit or vegetables. Vallarta’s outdoor markets are teeming with locally grown produce, so let’s get creative.
Our favorite dish – The chile rellenos are an absolute must.
Best kept Vallarta secret – Fresh fish arrives daily in Puerto Vallarta from the fishing boats that you can watch heading out to sea early in the morning. Be certain to ask Rosa to prepare a dish that includes the best catch of the day.

From the moment you arrive you’ll find Carlos’ personal touch and attendant nature an assurance that you’re in good hands. You’ll realize just how good when you try your first margarita, mojito or michelada!
Favorite drink – The Cadillac margarita! Why mess with a good thing?

Best kept Vallarta secret – South American wines are easier to come by then North American or European imports. If you’re a wine connoisseur consider a Chilean or Mexican varietal on your trip.
Albina - Housekeeping
Details and small touches are a mark of elegance and luxury. Not to mention fresh towels and high thread count sheets! Rest assured your room will be fresh, clean and ready for your return after a day at the beach or out on the town.
Favorite room accent – Nothing beats fresh cut flowers from Casa Aventura’s gardens.
Best kept Vallarta secret – If you need a change of clothes washed or ironed, we’re happy to take care of it. Need more bottled water? No problem. More pool towels? Of course.
This Villa is absolutely stunning - and the staff are just beyond amazing. Uber is very easy and the manager helps with anything you want for your stay!
This villa was nothing short of amazing. And the staff was the best part. Albina was always on top of cleaning our rooms every morning. Rosa (Tia Rosa as we called her) was phenomenal. Her food was always beyond our expectations, and she was incredibly friendly. And then there’s Carlos, talk about AMAZING! He was always there to get us whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better team! Will definitely be returning!
Overall a beautiful property. There were some concerns with doors to exterior not locking in bedrooms and there was a loose drain that was a hazard along with dirty male underwear left in a room. We enjoyed the views and the staff was friendly.
The staff is outstanding - attentive and friendly. Rosa is a remarkable chef. Ismael was outstanding houseman and bar master. Albino is a most efficient and friendly housekeeper. The Casa is beautiful, filled with great art and comfortable and lovely furnishings. The bedrooms are outstanding with comfortable beds. The views are astounding of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed our week stay and hated to leave. A great home and outstanding staff!
I would most definitely recommend this place. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is extremely spacious and beautiful. The concierge is wonderful and maintained communication with me beft and after our check out to help me with communication with a local vendor I use while there. The house staff are top tier. Carlos, Rosa and the housekeeper (can’t think of her name right off) were AMAZING!!!! Rosa had margaritas ready for us as soon as we arrived and kept us feed with wonderfully prepared authentic Mexican meals. We rarely saw the housekeeper but she was there daily making sure the place was clean every morning. She was definitely the silent MVP of the team. Lastly, the super star of the team was Carlos!!!! He was extremely personable and made sure the group had everything we needed. After the first day we were engaging with him like we known him for years. The experience helped make for a wonderful birthday celebration for myself and my 6 friends. We will be back!!!
Great home in Conchas Chinas neighborhood! We traveled with a group of 8 people and felt very comfortable. Rosa, Carlos, and Albina made sure that we had everything that we needed. This was our 5th trip to PV, and we will definitely be using Casa Aventura again in the future!
Our group of 12 adult friends LOVED our stay at Casa Aventura. The staff onsite was incredible. Carlos had great tips and arranged for any excursion we proposed. Rosa's meals were FANTASTIC and Albina cleaned our rooms everyday to spotless perfection. The house far exceeded our expectations, and was much bigger than the pictures indicated. There were several different areas for our large group to gather, multiple levels of outdoor spaces, and plenty of nooks for privacy. Prior to our arrival, I had extreme difficulty getting any response from Luxury travel. I sent multiple communications to both email addresses (both the one through AirBnB and the one with our confirmation information) with no response. I started to try to communicate directly with them about a month prior to travel, but excused the lack of response due to the holidays. As the trip neared, and still no response, I began to panic. Finally reached out to airbnb to intervene, and then heard from LT within the hour.
Casa aventura was a beautiful place to spend my birthday with a friend group. Only thing to note they’re not flexible when it comes to last minute requests. They’re very strict with number of guests and monitor who comes in and out so it can get a little intrusive sometimes.
Really a wonderful rental. Large, clean, private, and well decorated. Great use of outdoor living space, with multiple deck levels and a great open air dining/bar area. Nice views. And, the staff was wonderful....very kind and attentive.
Casa Aventura is heaven on earth! I rented this home for 10 family members and my baby niece to stay together at. We were in town for a close friends wedding and this home could not have been better in regards to amenities, location, and service. Carlos, Rosa and Albina are the greatest team ever! Carlos took such great care of us, Rosa makes the most incredible meals, and Albina keeps the home in tip top shape. Staying at Casa Aventura was 10x better than staying at a hotel. Beautiful home, the pictures do not do it justice! Thank you Carlos, Rosa and Albina for making our trip so effortless and memorable!

This place is absolutely outstanding! The views and environment are worth it on their own. Our group barely wanted to leave because the house was so nice, but it was only a short uber/taxi ride to town. The house itself is a work of art, and the house staff was amazing and helpful as well. 6 out of 5 stars!
Everything about this villa is 5 stars! The house is spectacular both inside and out. The staff is absolutely welcoming and do everything to make your stay magical. We had so much help with boat reservations, dinner reservations etc... thanks to everyone for making our groups trip unforgettable. Don't hesitate to book / you'll have a wonderful time.
Hands down our fav place that we stayed. View is incredible. House is spacious and well designed. We stayed 5 days and never left. Carlos (butler) and Rosa (chef) were unbelievable. Took amazing care of us. Highly recommended
We loved the house! We spent 3 nights in PV and rarely left the place because we loved it so much. Carlos and Julia (the houseman and cook) were incredible and we truly appreciated them. We would definitely come back here!
Where to begin! I planned a surprise 30th birthday party for my best friend and needed a place that could house 10 people. This place EASILY had room for 10 people and so many different spaces to sprawl out in. There are four levels! We spent most of our time on the pool deck drinking margaritas and the outdoor dining table. The view of PV from the pool deck (really any of the levels) is incredible! We saw some whales from there and the sunsets are just breathtaking. The rooms are incredibly decorated with beautiful art and super clean. The neighborhood is really nice and only a short 15 min walk or shuttle ride away from beaches and restaurants. However, you don't really need to go to a restaurant ever (except on Sunday) because the house comes with a houseman, Carlos, and a chef, Rosa. To us, this is what made the stay go from great to literally THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. This was especially useful for a large party such as ours - you just let them know what groceries you want (including alcohol), and they will take care of cooking for you and making delicious drinks for you! You just have to pay for the groceries and we were happy to tip them at the end of the stay for their services. Carlos makes the best margaritas and has recommendations for e-v-e-rything. He also helps you set up a shuttle, or literally anything you may need. He and Rosa come in the morning to cook breakfast and have coffee and fresh squeezed juice waiting for you! Carlos will serve the food and make sure everybody is taken care of. I've never experienced this level of service ever in my life and it was so surreal. Rosa is so friendly and cooks everything from scratch. It's so delicious and ready super quick! You just let them know what you want the day before and they'll buy the groceries and cook it for you and you pay them back for the groceries. They have a menu to help you choose but it's not limited to that. Anything your heart wants! They cook you two meals: breakfast and dinner Monday through Saturday. Carlos is always ready with the drinks! Anytime we needed a beer, or anything, he was there to help. I can't stress enough how helpful he was in helping us surprise our friend when she finally arrived and she was crying at how beautiful the house was and how amazing the service was. If you are looking to have a relaxing getaway with a big group, I highly highly highly recommend this place. We can't wait to come back and are planning our return already!! Thank you Carlos and Rosa - you are the real MVP's!!!
